I haven't seen a Misingo. A pokemon I presume. The list is composed of personal experiences with such characters. But I'll check him out and maybe add him/her or it to the list and a mention to you.

Add Seth, the final boss from Strret Fighter 4. He has a teleport ability that pisses the hell out of everyone.
He's on my favorite bosses list (my first list). I didn't add him because my lists could become too repetetive.
